Important Terms and conditions for Smart Investor Contest

By participating in the contest, the participant is deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions of the contest. Participants are requested to read all the terms and conditions of the contest carefully  

 The contest is valid up to 15th December 2011.  

 The contest is open for participation to all Indian residents. However, employees of National Stock Exchange India Limited (NSEIL) and their families are not eligible to participate in the contest.  

 The contest has no Gold ETF purchase obligation.   

Only one entry per mobile number is allowed.  

Participants will need to send their responses from the mobile numbers held by them in their own individual names.  

 Participation is free, however the SMS charges would be borne by the participant and this may differ according to service provider.

All correct answers received will be pooled together and winner would be selected from amongst them on a random-selection basis.

The winners will be decided within 60 days after the close of the contest.

The winners will be called/notified on the mobile numbers from which the correct SMS response had been received and the prizes will be despatched using a third party courier at the address provided by the winners. The prizes will be handed over only on mobile number and identity verification.

The winners will be announced by NSEIL on the website "www.nsegold.com".

NSEIL shall not be responsible for:- (i) any SMS message delivery failures; (ii) for any SPAM generated messages; (iii) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and (vi) other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cash alternative.

 NSEIL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this contest by another contest, whether similar to this contest or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Any participation in this contest is voluntary. Any person participating in this contest shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The decision of NSEIL in all matters in connection with and incidental to this contest is final and shall be binding on all persons.

NSEIL is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of / products /service provided by the Merchants / Manufacturer of such prizes. The quality of the product / service is the responsibility of the Merchants / Manufacturer.

 Participants to this contest will not hold NSEIL responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur for participating in the contest.
